  • This is a 1 month (4 week) immersive personalized workout experience. This is a 30-day program that must be completed within 30 days of your start date.

  • When you purchase this package, your spot will be reserved and Gunilla will email you to coordinate your kickoff date.

  • Limited offer - 7.777 DKKR/$888 (+ 7.777 for nutrition add on).

    (Price will after increase to 13.333 kr/$1,888)

  • If you cancel within 24 hours, you will be eligible for a full refund. After the 24 hours are up, no refunds are permitted. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your session, you lose the session.

  • Absolutely! We can either customize a 1:1 offer suiting your needs or you can join me live on zoom 5 days a week as well as join my membership based platform with new videos and challenges being released monthly

  • This is a low impact workout method using own body weight meaning it can be done from anywhere and no equipments are required. I recommend you to have a mat and purchase a pilates ball, 1lb ankle weights, a slider, ankle bands or a pilates ring if you wish to challlenge yourself a little extra and make the workout rutine a bit more creative and fun.

  • This is for anyone wishing to build a healthy relationship with working out and making it more of a lifestyle. focus on low impact movement, working out the small muscle groups gaining that long, lean feminine, healthy body while optimizing your wellness routine. So are you pregnant - wishing to stay in shape, just had a baby - wishing to get back in shape, busy working woman - wanting that extra push to really gain your desired results, knee challenges - needing more of a creative way of working out etc this is custom made for you!
