At this time, we do not offer exchanges.
However, we do offer refunds for products purchased directly from us if they're returned in the same condition that you received them in, within 14 days of purchase.
Shipping fees will not be refunded.
Any returned parcels sent by the customer without acknowledgement from a member of the support team will not be returned/exchanged or refunded.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your support.

Sessions
The unused Pilates sessions which have been paid in full are non-refundable and will be used within 1 years of the start of the agreement date. Please note rescheduling a session has to take place at least 24 hours in advance, if not you are kindly requested to pay the full price for your session.
You can cancel your membership at any time - but we do not offer any refund when it comes to our online memberships. If you cancel mid membership you will continue to have access to the platform until your next billing date.
